We hope you love your Ladalia purchase. If you need to request a return or refund, please review the policy below.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Valid for 30 Days in case of any manufactory defects.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Custom-made, personalized (including monogrammed), pre-order, and sale items are final and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Card payments are refunded to the same card used at checkout; cash refunds apply only to cash purchases.

Refund processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges
